One of the great things about our ready to assemble furniture kits is that they come unfinished. This gives you the chance to really customize the look of your furniture and create a unique piece. On this blog, we’ve previously discussed three different types of finish to use for your furniture kits. Today, we’ll go into the details for two particular furniture kits we offer: the tile top table and the tree hall. Both of these kits use tiles to finish their look. And because the choice of tile and finish is entirely yours, there will be endless combinations to make those pieces the perfect fit for your interior.
In this blog post, we’ll offer you some inspiration by listing a few options of finish and tile to choose from. Even when narrowing it down like this, combining one of the three milk paint colors with one of the four tile options we’ve picked out will give you twelve different options for your tile top table or hall tree. For our three milk paint colors, we’ve used our milk paint distributor based on our geographical location, but they will ship to the entire United States. The tiles we’ve selected come from Home Depot.
First of all, if you’re looking for bold colors to complete your project, milk paint is your best choice. Used for thousands of years, the vibrant colors really fit the timeless style of our furniture kits. The milk paint colors we chose are Kitchen Scale, Artissimo, and Typewriter. Respectively a teal, navy, and black, these colors add something special beyond their names. All those colors are subtle by themselves, but at the same time will add a hint of spectacular to any room you use them in.
Combine any of these three colors with any of the four tile options we’ve selected. From the essence series, the vanilla, ivory, sea blue, and sapphire all have a different ‘pop’ to them. Other than the deep and subtle milk paint colors, these tiles will add a little bit of edge to your furniture kit.
